Orders to postcodes within these designated areas will not be processed.

Goodwill Wine is committed to providing all our customers with quality goods, and believes in 100% customer satisfaction. To this end we offer a 100% money back guarantee subject to our returns policy.

Along with this commitment to quality, Goodwill Wine promises to give 50% of our net profit from every case you purchase, to the Charity or Not-For-Profit Organisation of your choice.

Goodwill Wine receives substantial discounts through Australia Post’s ‘specialty wine service’. Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no specific delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box to collect the wine at the local Post Office. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post drivers cannot call before delivery.

Goodwill Wine will provide a replacement or refund if some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, corked, oxidized, not of merchantable quality or not consistent with our detailed tasting notes when they are delivered. We will refund you as soon as the wine is picked up and received back into our warehouse, at Goodwill Wine’s expense.

The following conditions for refund apply.

  • Where possible, the remaining contents of the offending bottle is returned, if the return is for any reason other than breakage.
