Marsanne is one of those varieties that rewards the curious - textural and bright in youth, deepening into something altogether more complex over time, with a drink window that stretches a decade or more for those with the patience to find out. This is French-style white winemaking in the Yarra Valley at its most considered. A genuine discovery, best served with a modest chill and an open mind.
