A majestic wine with great length.
NOSE - Furrowed plum with radiating blueberry and enticing olive brine.
PALATE - This medium to full bodied red is ruby in colour with bonny acid and tannins that ruffle the curtains. We have finely sprinkled black pepper with swimming blueberry and slow bobbing plum. There's also a gentle pull of vanilla with olive brine hustling on the finish.
NOTES - Picture a still ocean by moon light. Smooth, calming, majestic really. This red is the liquid version. Not a ripple. The fine pepper washes with supple tannin. The flavours are horizontal and keep going. It's great drinking now but there’s still more time for ageing characteristics to develop too. Crack it to enjoy, not one to be rushed.
