If this dusty bottled red was a day, it would be a good one.
NOSE - A top note of blueberry with ripe plum, mint and Sunday morning smokey breakfast vibes. There is also some leather on the go.
PALATE - A Medium bodied dry red with plum, cherry, green peppercorns and some shy oak characteristics. Inky purply-red in colour, lovely smooth tannins with good length.
NOTES - If this dusty bottled red was a day, it would be a good one. The lushes locks would fall into place, the words would be there and the phone would ring. This drop is effortless. Beautifully balanced with spice, and smooth on the palate. A delicious cool climate Shiraz you’ll want to take to a dinner party.
