NOSE - Red cherry and wild strawberry arrive, bright and unhurried - rose petal and a breath of forest floor drifting in behind, like someone who just came in from outside.

PALATE - Juicy red fruits open things up before a deeper current of plum and black cherry pulls you in. Blackberry, clove, and a whisper of baking spice add quiet richness, while the acidity keeps everything lifted and alive. The tannins are fine-grained and easy, the finish long and balanced - structured without stiffness, refined without effort. This is a wine that has absolutely nothing to prove, and that's precisely what makes it so compelling.

NOTES - Two Dijon clones from the cool slopes of the Adelaide Hills - and it shows. Red-fruited, florally lifted, and possessed of a refinement that arrives without announcement and stays without effort. This is Pinot Noir that doesn't try. Elegant without trying, structured without stiffness, the kind of wine that somehow always ends up with the best seat in the room. All the rest of us can do is raise a glass and look on in quiet, helpless admiration.
