Shipping

Shipping costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9 per case/parcel (maximum 12 bottles per case/parcel) to anywhere in Australia - excluding NT/TAS/WA which cost a flat rate of $20 per case/parcel. When you order 2x half cases we'll strap them together into one parcel, so you only pay for shipping once.

Delivery timeframes
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Gisborne, Victoria within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order. The transit times below are based on Australia Post's estimates and may vary depending on your exact location.

Transit times:

VIC: 1-2 business days
NSW: 3-5 business days
SA: 2-3 business days
ACT: 3-5 business days
QLD: 4-6 business days
WA: 5-8 business days
NT: 6-11+ business days
TAS: 4-7 business days

Important
If you're not home when the driver attempts to delivery your order and there are no specific delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box to collect the wine at the local Post Office. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post drivers cannot call before delivery.

A case of wine is heavy and can weigh upwards of 20kg. If the case cannot be lifted safely we strongly recommend removing the bottles individually in order to avoid injury. Risk and title in the products passes to you on delivery of the wine to the Delivery Address or collection point.

Sincere apologies to our overseas friends, unfortunately we do not ship to locations outside of Australia.

Goodwill Wine will also provide a replacement or refund if some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, corked, oxidized, not of merchantable quality or not consistent with our detailed tasting notes. We will refund you as soon as the wine is picked up and received back into our warehouse, at Goodwill Wine’s expense.  

The following conditions for refund apply.

- No more than two bottles from any single twelve-bottle case, or one bottle from any single six-bottle case may be opened.
- Where possible, the remaining contents of the offending bottle is returned, if the return is for any reason other than breakage.
- Goodwill Wine must be notified of the problem within 30 days of receipt of of the goods. Where purchases fall outside of this timeframe or more than two bottles have been opened, the matter will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
- Any wines returned must be in their original box, or securely packaged, to avoid any further breakages.
