Looking to double up on extra bottles of the Rosé? Or perhaps you prefer not to have any at all? No worries, we can help.

When it comes to our mixed cases - depending on which wines you're after - yes we can usually swap over bottles and customise a mix for you.

Just pop us an email to info@goodwillwine.com.au a few minutes after you've ordered and we'll do our very best to help.

Unfortunately we don't have any sulphite-free or preservative-free wines.

Ours all have small amounts of Preservative 220 added (a.k.a. sulphur dioxide).

As you probably already know, sulphur dioxide occurs naturally in wine anyway - and for people who have allergies to it, the natural levels in a preservative-free wine are generally well tolerated.

We're continually looking for delicious, high quality and good value preservative-free wines but they can be hard to find... and the longevity of them in storage and while being freighted can be an issue. So we're yet to find the right one, but we'll continue the hunt and will update this page when we do.

All of them! Every single wine we sell is vegan-friendly. If you're an animal lover, you'll also find over 100 animal causes to support.

Yes, from time to time we'll have wines come into stock that are organic, but unfortunately they're few and far between. The quickest way to check is to use the Search function in our main menu and look up the word "organic" or alternatively pop us an email at info@goodwillwine.com.au.

We work with a number of independent boutique winemakers and the good news is that many of them do adopt organic practices, however most of them are yet to finalise the organic certification process (it can take years to complete). 

We send it to you within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. When it arrives depends largely on where you live. Check out our Shipping & Returns page for estimated delivery time frames.

In short, no. Sorry to all our overseas friends!

Unfortunately, as a small Australia-based company, the cost for overseas freight is calculated for each order and usually ends up more than the wine itself. Plus we can't ensure that it'll arrive safe and sound either as the contents are rather fragile

No, Goodwill Wine is not a tax deductible gift recipient. We're just a social enterprise trying to help do some good in the world by passing on 50% of our profits to the charity of our customer’s choice. As such we cannot offer any tax deductions sorry.

Great, we're always open to taking on new chariites and not-for-profit organisations.

Absolutely not. We wouldn't dream of charging fees to our charities. Aside from being free, we also make it very easy for charities to partner with us and start earning some passive income through donations.
