This website is operated by Goodwill Wine ABN 93 627 501 508 (Liquor Licence No – 36114849). Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions apply when you purchase products from Goodwill Wine, enter promotional giveaways and competitions, and subscriber to our marketing communications. The laws of Victoria govern this Agreement.

Goodwill Wine may vary these terms and conditions at any time by posting amended terms on this website. The amended terms will automatically apply from the date of posting.

1. General Disclaimer

By completing the customer registration process and/or placing an order with Goodwill Wine, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and agree to be bound by them.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act (VIC) 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $19,000), or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $900).

Under state or territory regulations, areas of Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia are designated "restricted areas" or "dry areas" with respect to the consumption, possession, sale or transport of liquor. Orders to postcodes within these designated areas will not be processed.

2. Money back guarantee

Goodwill Wine is committed to providing all our customers with quality goods, and believes in 100% customer satisfaction. To this end we offer a 100% money back guarantee subject to our Returns Policy.

3. Weekly Gift Pack Giveaway

Once a week Goodwill Wine will announce seven gift pack winners. To be eligible participants must either be currently subscribed to our newsletter; or have bought our products; or have tagged #goodwillwine on social media with a photo of you enjoying our wines. All seven winners will be announced in our weekly newsletter. Each winner will have until Midnight the following Sunday night AEST to claim their prize.

4. Accountability

Goodwill Wine is a certified Social Enterprise with the peak national certification body - Social Traders. Our books are audited in order to maintain our certification and we work closely with the Charities and Not-For-Profit Organisations that we represent and shall allow the organisations we partner with, its employees, agents and professional advisers to inspect, audit and take copies of any such books of account, bank statements or other records of Goodwill Wine.

5. Ordering (Price / Payment / Out Of Stock)

You will have the opportunity to review your order at any time while you are shopping and before you checkout. We will let you know about any items that are not in stock before we process your order. You also agree to pay any postage and handling fees, and any taxes, including the Goods and Services Tax. Goodwill Wine does not sell to customers outside of Australia.

You may order Wine from Goodwill Wine by complying with the directions on our website. Your order of Wine will constitute an offer by you to purchase the Products from Goodwill Wine for the prices displayed on the website on the terms of this agreement.

Goodwill Wine may accept your order by sending you an invoice by email. Once your order has been accepted by Goodwill Wine, you cannot cancel or withdraw it without Goodwill Wine's written consent.

The prices and details of our wine are subject to availability and as wine is an agricultural product, they are subject to change without notice.

6. Returns Policy

Goodwill Wine will provide a replacement or refund if some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken, corked, oxidized, not of merchantable quality or not consistent with our detailed tasting notes when they are delivered. We will refund you as soon as the wine is picked up and received back into our warehouse, at Goodwill Wine's expense.

The following conditions for refund apply.

  • No more than two bottles from any single twelve-bottle case, or one bottle from any single six-bottle case may be opened.
  • Where possible, the remaining contents of the offending bottle is returned, if the return is for any reason other than breakage.
  • Goodwill Wine must be notified of the problem within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Where purchases fall outside of this timeframe or more than two bottles have been opened, the matter will be dealt
