A 6 bottle half case contains..
1. Rose 2021 (Eden Valley) Bright peaches, stonefruits and orange zest with a touch of honey, spice and lingering caramel flavours on the finish. This is a lovely light bodied wine with a clean and lean citrus finish.
2. Pinot Grigio 2021 (Yarra Valley) This is a soft and sensual wine. A balancing act of ripe pears and lychees fill the palate with crisp apple acid softening the mouthfeel.
3. Prosecco NV (Central Victoria) This dry white is warm lemon in colour, with spirited acid and fabulous fizz. Juicy lemon is first to hit the deck followed by some shallow mineralogy and lofty apple.
4. Sparkling Brut NV (Central Victoria) This wine offers up an interesting blend of fresh kiwi fruit, musk and a hint of mango lingering at the back. Creamy bubbles and sweet honeycomb top it off, balancing out a backbone of dry acid. Fast becoming a crowd favourite.
5. Merlot 2021 (Heathcote) This medium bodied red is dry and ruby red in colour with unobtrusive yet proud acid. There's the charm of raspberry and the lingering loveliness of plum happy to play a supporting role. Herbaciousness adds spark to the fire while vanilla mellows. A crumb trail of chocolate renews perspective readying the palate for the next sip.
6. Shiraz 2017 (Coonawarra) A smack of plum and blackberry action, some milk chocolate tingling on the taste buds and a good dose of vanilla affection. Herbaciousness grips along with a pep of white-pepper.
