1. Pinot Gris 2022 (Adelaide Hills) The fruit opens quietly - honeydew, poached pear, citrus blossom - before the texture takes over. Silky and slightly oily, with a fine, racy acidity threading through to a finish that arrives with almond skin, white pepper, and considerably more presence than the opening suggested. Four months on lees and three years in bottle will do that.

'Elegant and finely scented, the wine shows crunchy apple, green pear, lemon peel, and a hint of savoury notes on the nose. 2. Pinot Noir 2025 (Adelaide Hills) Bright red fruits open the palate before plum and black cherry take over, darker and more deliberate. Natural acidity and fine tannins carry everything with quiet purpose, savoury oak completing the picture without crowding it. Medium-bodied and silky, the finish long and considered - the kind of wine that doesn't rush toward its own conclusion.

'Sweetly ripe and fragrant, the bouquet shows red plum, cherry, roasted nut, olive, and warm spice aromas, leading to a silky-smooth palate that's succulent and supple.
