NOTES - Fifteen years of Pinot Noir pressings from sparkling wine production, patiently aged in old oak and released only when ready. This is the kind of wine that only an obsessive, detail-driven winemaker with decades of fortified wine production behind him could make - complex, layered, and entirely singular. We loved it.
