The tannins have softened beautifully with bottle age, the finish long, warm, and deeply satisfying. Robust and flavoursome without ever losing its elegance.

NOTES - Heathcote is one of Australia's most highly regarded Shiraz regions - ancient Cambrian soils, warm days, and cool nights producing wines of extraordinary depth and structure. This 2015 has had a decade to find itself and the results are exactly what the region promises.
