NOSE - Fragrant honeysuckle leads with floral generosity, barley sugar and toffee apple drifting through with warm, inviting sweetness. Aromatic and entirely unexpected - the kind of nose that stops you mid-pour.

PALATE -  Stone fruit and honey carry through from the nose, fine bubbles lifting everything with a freshness that balances the richness beautifully. A hint of wax and almond adds complexity through the mid-palate, the finish clean and gently sweet - distinctive, layered, and genuinely unlike anything else you'll find in a sparkling glass.

NOTES - Marsanne is already one of Australia's most underappreciated white varieties. Beckingham has gone one further and put it in a sparkling wine - and the result is quietly extraordinary. Honeyed and fragrant now, this will only deepen and complexify with time. A genuinely rare find from an urban winery with the curiosity to try something nobody else is doing.
