NOSE - A highly scented, perfumed bouquet - white peach, citrus, cider apple, and grapefruit arriving together with real clarity. Fresh, fragrant, and immediately inviting.

PALATE -  Apple, lemon-lime, and stone fruit lead with generous purity, spice and mineral notes adding intensity through the mid-palate. Four months on lees, split between French oak barriques and tank, has built a silky, rounded texture without ever dulling the fruit's freshness. The finish is long and considered, finesse and intensity working in easy balance. Refreshing, intense, and remarkably versatile.

NOTES - This is Chardonnay stripped back to what matters most - pure fruit, balanced structure, and a texture built with care rather than heavy-handedness. Macedon Ranges cool climate precision shows through every layer, from the perfumed nose to the long, mineral-edged finish. Easy enough to pour without occasion, considered enough to hold its own with food. No fuss, no pretence, just Chardonnay doing exactly what it should. Pour it whenever the moment calls - this one doesn't mind which.
