PALATE - Red and dark fruit arrive with generosity, savoury umami depth threading through the mid-palate alongside fine, considered spice. The mouthfeel is velvety and rounded, tannins fine and elegant, the finish opening slowly and lingering with real persistence. Perfumed, complex, and built with patience.

NOTES - Four Pinot Noir clones - MV6, 114, 115, and Abel - each bringing something distinct to the blend, destemmed with 15% whole bunch addition, soaked for four days before natural fermentation began, hand-plunged daily for two weeks with no additions. Hand-pressed into French oak, 33% new, ten months in barrique followed by two months in tank. No fining, no filtering, barely a whisper of intervention. The result is a Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir of genuine aromatic complexity - fragrant, layered, and unmistakably shaped by four distinct expressions of the one variety coming together as one.
