PALATE - Strawberry and watermelon arrive with easy charm, a savoury fineness threading through the mid-palate alongside fine, textured tannins. Six months on lees, half in seasoned French barriques, has built real structure here - a textured mouthfeel that's unusual for the style, cool climate acidity keeping everything fresh and food-friendly. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside a proper meal, this is rosé with genuine substance.

NOTES - This is a Macedon Ranges Rosé that has quietly earned the attention of some of the country's most respected wine critics - not for being pretty in the glass, though it certainly is, but for being seriously, properly delicious. Cool climate precision meets considered winemaking: lees ageing, partial barrel maturation, fine tannins, real texture.
