NOTES - Hand-harvested, Flinders, Mornington Peninsula. Bottled unfiltered. Named after a tigress cub who survived against the odds, elbowed out of her mother's feeding zone by stronger, more dominant siblings and lived to tell the tale. Released in 2018 in place of the usual Reserve Pinot Noir, this is a wine of real structure and quiet resilience. Morello cherry, strawberry, wintergreen, and firm fine tannins - very young by its own standards and already this compelling. Cellar it. It will reward every year you give it.
