NOSE - Morello cherry and strawberry lead, a touch of sarsaparilla adding unexpected intrigue. Violet, forest floor, and subtle vanilla spice drifting through behind - fragrant, layered, and quietly compelling.

PALATE - Red cherry, cranberry, and strawberry arrive with bright precision, a touch of wintergreen threading through alongside earthy notes and gentle oak spice. The tannins are firm, fine, and mouth-coating - structured and serious, silky acidity keeping everything lifted and alive. Medium-bodied, refined, and built with real intent. A wine that rewards the table as much as the glass.

NOTES - Six years in bottle have done quiet, considered work here. Four Pinot Noir clones - MV6, 115, 114, and 777 - co-fermented with 45% whole bunches and natural yeasts from close-planted estate rows in Flinders. The result is a cool-climate Pinot of real structure and elegance, still young by its own standards and already this good. Awarded 95 points and a Gold Medal at the Adelaide International Wine Showcase. Another 8 to 10 years in the cellar will tell an even more interesting story. 45% whole bunch fermentation with natural yeasts. Co-fermentation of hand selected parcels from clones MV6, 115, 114 and 777. Estate grown, Flinders, Mornington Peninsula.
