1. Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay NV (Eden Valley) Pink lady apples, figs and honeyed brioche taper to a clean and lean acid finish. This wine has surprising length with its fruit sweetness ducking and weaving through a lingering line of fine dry acid.
2. Pinot Grigio 2022 (Yarra Valley) This is a soft and sensual wine. A balancing act of ripe pears and lychees fill the palate with crisp apple acid softening the mouthfeel.
3. Gruner Veltliner 2018 (Adelaide Hills) Delicate pear with fine white pepper and an appearance from the lemon and lime sisters. Dill and leggy green beans also walk the boards. A light to medium bodied dry wine, pale yellow in colour with high acidity. 92 points.
4. Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 (Coonawarra) A trio of black.. plump black plums, blackcurrants and a handful black pepper. There's also an edge of flint and Coonawarra's familiar oaky characteristics delivering some wispy smoke and a smudge of vanilla.
5. Shiraz 2022 (Bendigo) A Cambrian soil superhero. It’s all red plum love here with a sprinkle of black pepper, minerality, a blueberry or two and a lick of vanilla bean. Christmas in a bottle.
6. Tempranillo 2021 (McLaren Vale) This dry medium bodied red is ruby in colour with fine gritty tannins that embrace the jowls. It’s cherry-licious with black plum flair, before pepper begins its crawl around the tongue. Ooh! And there’s vanilla’s on the tail. This is a beautiful and very moreish wine.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.95 per case (maximum 12 bottles per case) to anywhere in Australia - excluding QLD/TAS/WA/NT which cost a flat rate of $20 per case. When you order 2 x half cases we'll strap them together into one parcel, so you only pay for shipping once.
