1. Shiraz 2021 (McLaren Vale) Crunchy, rich red plums and raspberry fruit flavours step up, with mixed green herbs adding to the wonderful depth of character. The tannins are youthful, fine and grippy and the acidity; complimentary and in balance. This is sophisticated wine perfect for matching with food.

2. Shiraz 2024 (Adelaide Hills) Cherry and blueberry carry genuine depth and richness, Adelaide Hills black pepper and cloves threading through with easy confidence, cedar and oak present but never clamouring for attention. The tannins are fine-grained and beautifully structured, the finish long and considered. Sophisticated and succulent in equal measure.

3. Shiraz 2022 (Heathcote) Deep purple in colour this medium to full-bodied red is dry and high in acid. There's the primary fruit character of plum and blackcurrant with the admiring brawn of bramble. Green pepper animates the palate along with some white pepper spice, smoke and the charm of vanilla.

4. Shiraz Cabernet 2022 (Bendigo) Full bodied with a ripe plushness at the core. Saturated with dark fruit and infused with thyme, licorice, black peppercorns and dried herbs through the middle. Finishing to a good length with firm, ripe tannins. With a flavour profile that is both different and appealing, this blend is a celebration of both varieties.

5. Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2024 (Barossa) Soft and welcoming on entry, red currant and plum opening things up before the wine reveals its full hand - anise, vanilla, white pepper, and red fruit building through the mid-palate with genuine generosity. The texture is silky and balanced, the finish long and considered. Power and vinosity in equal measure, never at the expense of elegance. A wine that knows it was made for the table and delivers accordingly. Beautiful.

6. Pinot Noir 2024 (Adelaide Hills) Bright-fruited, fresh, and immediately likeable. Strawberry and cranberry lead with a crispness that feels almost celebratory, bright acidity keeping everything alive and mouth-watering. The texture is silky and light-footed with a lovely mid-palate weight for such a young wine.
