NOSE - A basket of fresh red berries - strawberry, cranberry, toffee apple - lifted by vegetal and herbal edges that keep things honest. Intensely aromatic and immediate, like something just picked.

PALATE - This is a young wine and it knows exactly what it is - bright-fruited, fresh, and immediately likeable. Strawberry and cranberry lead with a crispness that feels almost celebratory, bright acidity keeping everything alive and mouth-watering. The texture is silky and light-footed, yet there's a surprising mid-palate weight for such a young wine - structure that suggests patience will be rewarded. Refreshing, vibrant, and quietly more serious than it first lets on.

NOTES - The 2025 vintage on the Mornington Peninsula didn't sneak up on anyone - it arrived with intention. A near-perfect growing season, optimal ripening, fruit in exceptional balance, and a harvest that came early and confident. Single vineyard, southern end of the Peninsula, where the conditions that year conspired to produce something worth paying attention to. This is Pinot Noir that carries its vintage like a quiet credential - bright and fresh now, with enough underneath to make you wonder where it's headed. The 2025s will be talked about for a while. This is a fine place to start the conversation and at this price is perfect for those looking for a fantastic value pinot noir. 

VINIFICATION - Fermented naturally with 40% whole bunches and aged in 2 year old barrels for 14 months before bottling.

VEGAN FRIENDLY - Like all of our wines, no animal products were used in the making of this wine.
