Sauvignon Blanc 2022, Marlborough NZ
NOSE - Lofty honey dew melon, tightly packed passion fruit and citrus zest shimmying alongside ripe peaches. There's a touch of cream too.
PALATE - This light to medium bodied white is pale lemon in colour with your typical New Zealand grassy notes and a long line of acid. This wine however is not quite what it seems. Oh no, this guy ain’t tropical on the jowls, it’s all grapefruit and lemon with some grass and a tinge of herbal.
NOTES - This fruity character is the life of the party with their colourful notice me glasses. You want to engage, but is what you see what you get? Don’t shy away, go ahead, casually introduce yourself and join in the fun. Life deserves a little more colour all around… Don't you think? A way too easy to quaff Savvy B.
