NOSE - Herbaceous, grassy and citrus pith with a forrest floor funk and sea spray.
PALATE - Amber in the glass and proudly walking to its own beat. This Red Hill field blend - Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris - is built on skin contact and wild yeast, delivering savoury citrus, gentle tannin grip, and a dry, mouth-watering bitterness that is both deliberate and addictive. Terracotta maturation keeps the wine raw and alive, favouring texture and character over polish. It drinks more like a conversation than a refreshment - layered, edgy, and unapologetically savoury. Long, structured, and full of attitude, this is a wine for drinkers chasing flavour, texture, and individuality over easy fruit. Thanks for the memories.
NOTES - 20% Chardy, 25% Riesling, 35% Sauv Blanc, 20% Pinot Gris—fermented fully on skins, aged in ovoid terracotta for natural flow + wild texture.
