PALATE - Give this Earth magnet a slight chill and it really comes alive: vibrant, crunchy, and dangerously drinkable. The kind of red that disappears faster than planned as the Shiraz brings depth and dark fruit weight, while the terracotta shaped Tempranillo keeps it lifted, textured, and quietly wild.

The nose leans into black cherry, plum and crushed berries with a flicker of spice, while the palate moves fast: juicy, savoury, finely structured and alive with freshness. Tannins are effortless, acidity sharp, and the whole thing hums with energy. This isn't a “big red,” not a “light red” but something in between that keeps you guessing. Versatile, expressive, and curiously dangerous. Easy to go back to…and repeat pours.

NOTES - A spicy Moorooduc Shiraz infused with Flinders Tempranillo and a splash of Red Hill Pinot Noir! Velvety plush tannins, black currants, cranberry, leather, pepper, ripe plums, cherry with a gorgeous unfiltered earthiness!
