A 6 bottle half case contains the following...

1. Shiraz 2019 (Barossa) Full bodied, balanced and laden with luscious, ripe blackberries, rich blueberries, hints of cedar and a dollop of liquorice. A touch of mocha, caressing vanilla and sweet tobacco have joined in the journey as the secondary flavours begin to shine through with bottle age.

2. Shiraz 2023 (McLaren Vale) Crunchy, rich red plums and raspberry fruit flavours step up, with mixed green herbs adding to the wonderful depth of character. The tannins are youthful, fine and grippy and the acidity; complimentary and in balance. This is sophisticated wine perfect for matching with food.

3. Shiraz 2021 (McLaren Vale) A beautifully harmonious palate sings of black and purple fruit richness, cedar, and cake spices. The soft mouthfeel is deceptive as the fruit richness continues to build, lingering on the palate and extending to a long and delectably appealing finish supported by soft, fine acids. Wonderfully composed and styled with excellent fruit power and complexity, this is a very sophisticated wine at weekday quaffing prices.

4. Shiraz 2021 (Bendigo) It’s all cherry and red plum love here with a sprinkle of black pepper, a blueberry or two and a touch of vanilla. This is a medium bodied number, ruby red in colour with fine velvety smooth tannins and great length.

5. Shiraz 2022 (Heathcote) There's the primary fruit character of plum and blackcurrant with the admiring brawn of bramble. Green pepper animates the palate along with some white pepper spice, smoke and the charm of vanilla.

6. Shiraz 2024 (Adelaide Hills) Sophisticated and delicate with rich fruit intensity of cherries and blueberries. The Adelaide Hill's signature black pepper and cloves sit quietly in the background as does a lick of cedar and some shy oak characteristics. Inky purply-red in colour, this is a lovely wine with smooth tannins and good length..
