Wild, unfiltered, unrefined expressions that honour both tradition and rebellion.

Below are six wines guaranteed to impress. We love them all and think you will too.

A 6 bottle half case contains:

1. Amber Sauvignon Blanc 2023 (Mornington PeninsulaThis isn’t Sauvignon Blanc in a crisp shirt - it’s barefoot in the vineyard. Clear lemon colour in the glass, which bursts with orange peel zest and grapefruit brightness on the tongue, sharpened by a waxy green peppercorn bite. Skin contact brings a gentle, savoury chew, while the wild ferment matched with terracotta and French oak adds perfect rustic depth. A vibrant acid backbone carries the wine with purpose, stretching into a long, layered finish that hints at graceful ageing. Playful, evocative, textured, honest, and full of Mornington character. Yum.

2. Amber Field Blend 2024 (Mornington Peninsula) Amber in the glass and proudly walking to its own beat. This Red Hill field blend - Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris - is built on skin contact and wild yeast, delivering savoury citrus, gentle tannin grip, and a dry, mouth-watering bitterness that is both deliberate and addictive. Terracotta maturation keeps the wine raw and alive, favouring texture and character over polish. It drinks more like a conversation than a refreshment - layered, edgy, and unapologetically savoury. Long, structured, and full of attitude, this is a wine for drinkers chasing flavour, texture, and individuality over easy fruit.

3. Field Blend 2022 (Mornington Peninsula) This wine drinks like a tale of two mountains. Gold in the glass, born from the meeting of Red Hill and Main Ridge fruit, it opens shy - the nose teasing rather than telling. Then the palate bursts forward with banana and tropical summer warmth, bright and generous. Beneath that sunshine lies a deeper voice: savoury, tertiary notes hinting at graceful evolution. Skin contact brings a gentle, tea-like texture while French oak adds quiet warmth. As it opens, the layers unfold slowly - a conversation between hills, time, and craft. Give her a moment… this is a wine that reveals herself beautifully.

4. Red Fusion 2022 (Mornington Peninsula) This one plays it super cool. Light on its feet but with a little swagger. A playful mix of Shiraz, Tempranillo and Pinot Noir, bringing bright cranberry, cherry and ripe plum straight up, with a flick of spice and that soft, earthy edge underneath. The terracotta-aged Shiraz keeps it smooth and quietly textured, while the whole wine stays fresh, juicy and easy to love. Think silky tannins, a little pepper, a little wildness - nothing heavy, nothing overthought. Just...simply enjoy.

5. Red Fusion 2023 (Mornington Peninsula)  Give this Earth magnet a slight chill and it really comes alive: vibrant, crunchy, and dangerously drinkable. The kind of red that disappears faster than planned as the Shiraz brings depth and dark fruit weight, while the terracotta shaped Tempranillo keeps it lifted, textured, and quietly wild. The nose leans into black cherry, plum and crushed berries with a flicker of spice, while the palate moves fast: juicy, savoury, finely structured and alive with freshness. Tannins are effortless, acidity sharp, and the whole thing hums with energy. This isn't a “big red,” not a “light red” but something in between that keeps you guessing. Versatile, expressive, and curiously dangerous. Easy to go back to…and repeat pours.

6. Shiraz 2022 (Macedon Ranges) Blackberry floods in dark and juicy, chased by a crack of pepper that snaps everything into focus. Plush, spicy, and a little dangerous, it drinks with that perfect tension between indulgence and edge. Every sip feels like it’s revealing a new layer - fruit, spice, warmth - pulling you back in before you’ve finished the glass. Bold, addictive, and just unpredictable enough to keep you curious…is that a touch of cigar box when this truly opens? This is Shiraz you don’t casually buy - you stock up.
