A cool climate gem with enticing oak characteristics that don't overpower the fruit.
NOSE - Apple nuzzles delectable toast and oozy cream. There's also floral of acacia and vanilla toe taping on the olfactory along with a little wax.
PALATE - On the buds you will find some shiny apple, with lemon and grapefruit hang. There's also some brioche, confident vanilla and a trail of chalk.
NOTES - If you were to catch a glimpse of this drop walking down the street, it would be well dressed with an almost concealed tat endowing an edge. It’s candid and def has its shizzle together. Jealousy does not spring to mind or heart - just appreciation for style and grace. This cool climate gem shows the hand of the winemaker with enticing oak characteristics at play while not overpowering the fruit. It’s pretty, relatable and well balanced. An elegant drop with a bite that will animate the dimples. A good one to enjoy outside with friends.
