Mellow and delicious
I cooked some lamb shanks, and thought a nice Cab Sav would go well. As luck has it this wine was delivered the day before. First sips had me saying 'wow'. This wine is as mellow and smooth as it gets . Consequence 'sips' confirmed my first impressions. Wonderful long palate that left a lovely taste behind. Brilliant.
